Excellent service.  Russell was extremely helpful when I visited the shop to select the carpets.  Carpets were laid over 2 days by 2 different teams- both were very professional, friendly and did a great job.  I would highly recommend  Russdales Flooring and would definitely use them again. We were led to work with Russdales after a family recommendation, and they were fantastic to work with. They have a huge selection of options, so it's good to know what you want first, but Russ was really helpful in helping us determine what we wanted. Russel and the team did an amazing job. Russel gave me solid advice on options of flooring types and what would work well in the space. Excellent service from Russell and his team, right from initial enquiry to completion. Carpet replaced on two sets of stairs and landing, all completed within the day to a great finish. Fitter, Jay, was fantastic. Great company. Honest, reliable, competitive price. This was actually replacing stair carpet fitted by Russdales, over 20 years ago. It was still in good order. We just felt like a change! We get all our flooring done by Russdales now. Highly recommended.
