When choosing a striped carpet there are a few things that you should think about, are you looking for a bold design and colour that is going to make a statement.

Or a colour that’s going to blend in to other floors in the house, if its going on the stairs a wide stripe is not the 1st choice if the area has lot of turns as will not pattern match.

You can have a narrow stripe on turning stairs as matching is less noticeable and fixing stair rods will disguise running out on stripe
