Installing a premium wool carpet runner is one of the best ways to add warmth, comfort, and timeless character to a home, and this project in N21 was a perfect example. For this installation, the client selected the beautiful Briolette design from Fibre Flooring’s Wool Paragon collection. The natural texture and refined finish of the carpet worked perfectly within the property, bringing a luxurious yet practical feel to the main landing and staircase area. The neutral tones paired effortlessly with the home’s interior, creating a sophisticated finish suited to a high-end North London property.
Our in-house fitting team completed a full installation to the main landing, with the carpet expertly transformed into a bespoke stair runner. Precision is essential when fitting runners, particularly around stair edges, turns, and landings, and every section was carefully measured and cut for a seamless appearance. Using our experienced in-house craftsmen allows us to maintain complete quality control throughout the installation, ensuring the runner flows naturally through the staircase while remaining perfectly aligned and securely fitted.
To complete the project, we finished the runner with a smart Anthracite 3235 fabric edge binding, which added definition and contrast to the wool carpet. Premium black door thresholds from Stairrods were also supplied and professionally fitted to provide a clean transition between flooring surfaces. The combination of luxury materials, detailed finishing, and expert installation created a stunning final result for this lovely home in N21.
